About Founders
Bridge QE Africa was founded by Vincent Kombat and Akosua Gyebi-Donkor in 2019. After embarking on volunteering projects in their tertiary school, the pair realized that one of the things they enjoyed doing was volunteering, and appreciated how volunteering significantly enhanced their acquisition of practical skills. This led them to organize tertiary students to embark on volunteering projects to change their communities and the educational sector for the better.
While embarking on these projects, the group realized the students required training to embark on these projects and were interested in career development skills as well, which led to the birth of Bridge QE as a mentoring organization for tertiary students to develop their skills and embark on volunteering projects.
